Join us Wednesday, January 30 from 10am-11am for our monthly Healthy Aging Seminar. We will be covering balance, orthotics & fall prevention. There are simple steps you can take to prevent and decrease the risk of falls. This session will help you learn about maintaining balance, along with how orthotics can help. This event is FREE & open to the public. Coffee will be provided for those in attendance.
