2016 Midsummer Arts Faire
Join us rain or shine for the 2016 Midsummers Art Fair on Friday, June 24 through Sunday, June 26 at Washington Park. Over 130 artists applied for the fine art show, representing a diverse group of mediums, from painting and sculpture to ceramics and jewelry.

This years festivities will kick off again with Friday evening’s Blues In The District and continue through the weekend with the fine art show, local music on the main stage, local food, Art For Everyone activities, Photo Opp Garden and the young collectors gallery. You may even get to see several of your favorite artists painting live and at work around The District.

New this year, take part in the inaugural Restaurant Week the week leading up to and during the arts faire. From Sunday, June 19 to Sunday, June 26 experience the Art of Local Food in our community by visiting participating restaurants. Taste a new dish or a prix fixe meal and live life local. Participating restaurants can be found online at our new website www.artsfaire.org.
