Muddy River Riders – Blessing of the Bikes

We would like to let you know about a big event that helps a lot of kids in the local community.
From the event last year we were able to gather and distribute the below items:

10 – book bags full of supplies to Madison School
10 – book bags full of supplies to Ellington School
10 – book bags full of supplies to Adam’s School
10 – book bags full of supplies to Berrian School
25 – book bags full of supplies to Lincoln Douglas School
30 – book bags to Early Childhood and a box of supplies
40 – book bags full of supplies to Rooney Elementary School
50 – book bags full of supplies to Isles Elementary School

All of these schools also received bags of socks and underwear as well

A box of school supplies to Quincy Junior High School

20 – book bags full of supplies to Payson School
16 – book bags full of supplies to Liberty School
10 – book bags full of supplies to Camp Point School

10 – book bags to a local book bag drive

A few boxes and bags of school supplies to LaGrange Youth Center

We handed out 110 book bags full of supplies to kids at Great River Road Harley Davidson.

We donated money to help purchase a smart-board for a special education classroom in Carthage School District.

To wrap it up, we donated money to a kindergarten classroom at Ellington School to purchase one book per month for every student in the classroom.

Raffles, and bands all day

All proceeds from the day will be used to fund the Muddy River Riders Book Bag Program
