2026 Gift Guide Participation Form - The District

The District 2026 Holiday Gift Guide
Official Participation Form

This form must be filled out completely and submitted prior to September 4 at 5pm for EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION of $15.

Any forms submitted between 5:01pm September 4-13 are considered regular registration with a fee of $20.

REMINDER – Your participation fee includes two (2) listings. Participating businesses can add ONE (1) additional category for and additional cost of $10 for a total of three (3) listings.

Businesses will be invoiced and payment must be received by October 25. Items submitted for participation will not be added to the Gift Guide until payment is received.
