In addition to the traditional trick or treating at businesses, back again this year is the Trunk or Treat that will be held at First-Mid Bank in their customer parking lot off of Hampshire. This special opportunity is for ‘outlying’ District businesses (those not located 4th to 10th Streets, Maine to Hampshire) since most families do not stray too far from Maine when participating in this event.
Themed music in the Plaza will set the mood, First-Mid Bank team members will be handing out free popcorn, and the Quincy Public Library will have something for the families, too.
TEAL PUMPKIN STOPS
Some participating businesses will be Teal Pumpkin stops, meaning they will offer non-food items for trick or treaters. The printed and digital trick or treating map will indicate which businesses are teal pumpkin stops.
