Personal Safety & Self-Defense Seminar

In this Personal Safety and Self-Defense Seminar, you will learn practical life lessons while getting hands-on experience practicing self-defense techniques so you can better protect yourself and LIVE SAFE. This is not just a sit and listen class, it will be interactive as you will be practicing how these techniques apply in the real world. It will be empowering and fun! Open to both males and females. Class will be led by Robert Bentley, 6th degree black belt and owner of Legacy Martial Arts in Quincy and in Hannibal.
